Senior Service Designer – 3 Month Contract

We’re seeking a Senior Service Designer to join a leading financial institution on a 3-month contract (with potential to extend). This is an exciting opportunity to help redesign and shape the future of customer experience at scale – with millions of customers interacting daily with their services.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the re-design of their Contact Centre to enhance customer and employee experiences.
• Engage internal stakeholders to assess the desirability of new functions.
• Facilitate and run workshops to map journeys and blueprint solutions.
• Create a comprehensive listing of verified use cases, along with process flows that define how employee/customer interactions should look across each scenario.
• Work enterprise-wide, collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior Service Designer, ideally in complex, large-scale organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills – confident running workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to create blueprints, process flows, and service journeys that balance customer and business needs.
• Experience working in banking/financial services is a bonus, but not essential.
