Senior UI Designer

The Company:

Small but rapidly growing Marketing agency. You’ll join a collaborative and dynamic team that services a wide variety of iconic and boutique sports and fashion brands. Working arrangements are 3 days from home, 2 in the office, based 5km from Melbourne’s CBD.

The Role:

You’ll create high-quality, custom UI design solutions for a range of clients, and build websites using Webflow. You’ll be comfortable presenting your designs to clients, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver the best websites possible.

Responsibilities:

• Leading an Agile web design process in collaboration with the UX Lead
• Working closely with head of technology with application of technical solutions
• Managing projects to ensure delivery against contracts and SLA’s
• Hands on UI design across all our web projects
• Build front end websites in Webflow
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best in breed websites;
• Implement user-centred research methods that translate to digital features and design
• Help define the strategic vision and directions for large web projects
• Presenting your designs to clients
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Design and deliver wireframes and mock-ups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces

Your Skills & Experience:

• Able to demonstrate outstanding UI design skills
• Extensive experience working on a variety of enterprise websites
• Experience with design systems
• Comfortable working as part of an Agile team and closely with developers
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with Webflow, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident working with clients to understand detailed requirements
• Ability to design complete user experiences that align to the client needs and vision
