Service Designer

NEW opportunity for a Service Designer to join a NSW Government Department. Working across various large-scale projects that deliver new and exciting products and services for the citizens of NSW.

You will be working with as a part of an Agile Delivery team, this role is responsible for driving an agile delivery process, including discovery workshop and interview facilitation, user research and story mapping to work toward solution design and delivery.

As part of the Department’s commitment to provide a great customer experience whenever citizens interact with the NSW Government, the Team focuses on understanding customer needs using a human centred design approach. The Team sees NSW government collaborate with citizens to co-design public services and products that are smart, simple and seamless.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Must have solid admin/organisational skills

· Experience with intermediate to advanced Photoshop and MS Office

· Previous Government experience (highly regarded)

· Agile minded and adaptable in a dynamic environment

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Excellent planning and organisational capabilities with a keen eye for detail
