Our client is a global organisation with manufacturing facilities around the world that has strong people values and work culture.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Own the distribution centre’s operations, ensuring seamless product flow from warehouse to customer.
• Coach and develop your team to achieve performance goals while maintaining a safe, positive workplace.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying smarter, faster, and more cost-effective ways of working.
• Anticipate challenges with proactive problem-solving and decisive action.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with broader business objectives.
• Leverage data and insights to track performance and deliver meaningful improvements.

Experience required:

• A proven track record & experience with a distribution centre (at least 5 years management experience)
• A leadership style that balances strategy & operations.
• The ability to see the big picture while managing the details that keep operations running smoothly
• Strong communication skills to build relationships across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Tech-savviness with warehouse systems and data tools to drive informed decisions
• A proactive, adaptable mindset that thrives in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
• A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
