Senior Change Analyst

Sydney Permanent / fulltime AU$130000 - AU$145000 per annum + + super + annual bonus

Our client is a well-known global brand and is going through massive regulatory & digital transformation within financial technology and Ai.

Reporting to the Strategy Director, this newly created role will see you drive change across People & Culture and IT, Operations, Credit, Risk, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Support to align people, processes, and systems with organisational goals.

As Senior Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading impactful transformation initiatives, translating complex projects into practical, user-focused change strategies that accelerate digitisation, automation, and cultural evolution across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and embed change strategies that support new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure readiness, adoption, and long-term business success.
  • Lead communications, engagement, and training initiatives to minimise resistance and uplift capability.
  • Track and measure change outcomes, monitoring progress and recommending improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching, and awareness programs to strengthen enterprise change capability.

What You Bring

  • Degree or equivalent experience in change management (Prosci ADKAR certification preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering change in complex, global environments.
  • Finance industry experience (highly regarded).
  • Strong technical skills across SharePoint, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Excel, and e-learning platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a values-driven approach and the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Passion for coaching, development, and driving meaningful change.
