Finance Business Partner (Software Industry)

Our client, a global leader in Fintech, is expanding rapidly across the APAC region. We’re seeking a seasoned Financial Business Partner with SaaS or technology sector experience to join a high-performing finance team and help drive this growth. This organisation is renowned for its strong values, inclusive culture, and commitment to innovation.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to provide strategic insights, drive forecasting and planning processes, and support high-impact decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and forecasting across Australia and emerging APAC markets
• Develop and enhance financial models, including pricing strategies, customer lifetime value, and partnership deal structures
• Present clear, data-driven insights to senior executives and key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market (GTM), Sales, and Commercial teams (preferably in SaaS or tech environments)
• Manage headcount planning and support cross-functional budgeting initiatives

About You:

• Proven experience in SaaS, technology, or finance-led innovation sectors
• CPA, CA, or similar financial qualification preferred
• Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Full P&L ownership and performance analysis experience
• Strong stakeholder management and influence at senior levels
• Proficiency with Hyperion and experience in large, global finance environments
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics, subscription revenue recognition, and sales compensation models
• Comfortably operating in dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environments
• Background in software, tech, financial services, or public accounting highly regarded
