My client is seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to take ownership of their retail transformation.
The Marketing Manager is an integral hire reporting into the Marketing Manager and Head of Direct to Consumer in this highly dynamic and agile business.
Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Brand builder
- Retail Marketing Specialist
- Manage overall marketing spend to drive traffic & awareness
- Develop 12-month marketing strategy
- Work with Digital/eCommerce team to ensure brand is consistent through all touch points
- Be able to think creatively
- Team leadership – role will be leading a team of 8 (digital, traditional & creative)
Applicants for the Head of Marketing require:
- Extensive Retail Marketing Experience
- Innovative marketing campaigns including ATL strategies
- Previous experience of delivering an innovative omnichannel strategy
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and leading-edge developments
- Strong commercial understanding
- Extensive brand awareness
Personal Characteristics:
- Credible at strategic level
- Proactive, independent and resilient
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Collaborative approach
