Content Producer

Salt Search has partnered with a purpose-driven organisation with a strong focus on producing content that informs, inspires, and connects with audiences. This team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and turning big ideas into meaningful outputs across blogs, video, social media, editing (photo and video) and content development.

They are requiring a hands-on Content Producer to join them on a temp/contract basis. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply, whether that be from a graduate to a seasoned producer who is looking for flexibility and ad hoc work.

What You’ll Do

• Write clear, engaging copy across blogs, social posts, scripts, and campaigns
• Edit and produce video and photo content to a professional standard (Adobe Suite/Canva)
• Shape content ideas into polished outputs that align with the company’s brand and tone
• Collaborate with stakeholders, taking briefs and delivering quality content that meets their needs
• Optimise content for different platforms and audiences, ensuring the right format and storytelling approach
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, ideation, and feedback loops within the team
• Manage your own workflow, adapting to periods of high intensity and quieter ad hoc support

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a content producer or similar creative role
• Strong copywriting skills, able to switch tone for blogs, scripts, and social media
• Proficiency in video and photo editing (Adobe Suite or Canva)
• Comfort with content planning and publishing CMS tools
• Familiarity with social optimisation and understanding what works across platforms.
• A collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and able to work across multiple stakeholders
• Your own laptop and software setup to hit the ground running
