– You will be the pioneer for establishing innovative campaigns that span across the ANZ region

You will be the Marketing Lead of a social enterprise, embarking on their next business growth phase. In partnership with the founders, you will have ownership of the marketing budget and oversee the launch of new products and features through owned and paid channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing campaigns for customer acquisition, conversion and retention. As well as manage the sourcing and creative projects to scale across the ANZ market. Furthermore, to optimise performance, you will set metrics to assess KPI’s and partner with internal stakeholders to develop programs that connect external stakeholders together.

Experience

Ideally, you are skilled within:

· Salesforce Marketing Cloud & can train other employees

· 3-4 years’ experience of social media across paid & organic channels to determine the data reach and assess results.

· SEO content creation to strengthen brand awareness and connect with new audiences

· Paid media & performance campaigns such as Google ads, Google analytics and programmatic experience to measure and enhance exposure.

· Decision making under time pressure constraints, with strong relationship building skills and problem-solving skills within your team, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
