Marketing Automation & Data Specialist – Campaign Operations

Joining the APAC Marketing Automation & Operations team, they seek a technically skilled professional with strong SQL expertise to support data onboarding and validation for multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Use SQL to extract, prepare, and validate data for multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-product messaging
• Translate campaign use cases into data onboarding requirements, identifying relevant data sources and segmentation logic
• Collaborate closely with analytics, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery into their marketing automation platform & CRM database
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to maintain campaign audience integrity
• Document data dictionaries, runbooks, and workflows to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing

Experience Required

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in campaign operations, data onboarding, or marketing automation
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing, troubleshooting, and optimising queries
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce, or Marketo
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in data validation, quality assurance, and documentation is a plus
• Working knowledge of JSON, Python, or APIs
