Marketing Manager

Salt has partnered with a tourism company that promotes Sydney as an event destination for businesses and they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deploy their strategy across APAC.

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver marketing activities for identified, specialist projects that promote Sydney and NSW as a unique business event destination
• Drive strategy and management of the website to drive traffic and engagement objectives
• Drive strategy and management of our email automation platform to drive engagement and traffic
• Direct our digital marketing campaigns (paid media, owned digital assets and email) to deliver engaging campaigns that maximise our online growth

Who are you?

• A client-focused team player with strong organisational/time management/multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage changing deadlines and work autonomously.
• Superior attention to detail, proofing and editing skills.
• A customer-centric approach to digital optimisation
• Experience managing direct reports as you will be mentoring and guiding them to achieve success.

Experience

• Preferably B2B, in digital web/digital marketing, digital measurement, digital automation and instrumentation, conversion optimisation, marketing and project management.
• Prior experience leading the development of a new content management system (CMS) would be highly regarded.
• Experience in a customer relationship management (CRM) tool and email software.
