Media Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and digitally curious Media Manager with a strong foundation in media planning to join a growing people-first agency with high retention and an exciting client patch.

They’re a people-first agency with media at the core of everything they do, from TV and OOH to performance media. You’ll enjoy working closely with a supportive team in an environment that values social connection, flexibility, creativity and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day management and planning for 5-6 key clients, maximum
• Build and manage holistic media plans across digital and traditional channels
• Oversee campaign execution, trafficking, reporting and optimisation
• Contribute to presentations, strategy documents, and post-campaign reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and external media partners
• Deliver high-quality work to deadlines, budgets and SLAs
• Participate in training, team initiatives and agency life

You’ll need:

• 3+ years’ experience in a media agency or publisher-side environment
• Strong planning skills – traditional, digital, or hybrid
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Willingness to learn digital if your experience is more traditional
• Great attention to detail, time management, and a collaborative spirit
• Exposure to tools such as Google Suite, Excel, Roy Morgan, etc. a plus
• A positive, can-do attitude and love for team culture
