Are you ready to take the next step in your agribusiness banking career? We’re looking for a passionate and relationship-driven professional to join one of Australia’s leading financial institutions.

In this role, you’ll be working closely with local farmers, producers, and agri-businesses, offering tailored financial solutions and helping them grow. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and be part of something bigger: backing the industries that feed the nation.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Building strong relationships with clients and supporting their business goals
• Identifying new opportunities across the agribusiness supply chain
• Providing sound financial advice backed by smart credit analysis
• Preparing lending proposals and collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Helping your customers succeed – whether that’s expanding their operations or navigating challenges

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in relationship banking, ideally in Agribusiness or Commercial Banking
• A solid understanding of the Australian agriculture landscape
• Strong financial and credit analysis skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related field (post-grad qualifications are a bonus)
• A genuine passion for supporting regional businesses and working with people
