Are you a people-person who loves solving problems and making someone’s day? We’re looking for a proactive, upbeat Customer Service Consultant to be the friendly voice that helps our customers succeed.

In this role, you’ll be on the front line – answering calls, responding to emails, and guiding customers through their journey with the company, and make sure every interaction leaves the customer feeling supported and confident.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping new and existing customers get the most out of their subscription.

• Offering tips and insights to boost performance.

• Keeping in touch with new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Solving queries on the spot whenever possible.

• Logging interactions in Salesforce and sharing valuable feedback with the team.

• Staying informed on the latest product, marketing, and industry updates.
