About the Role

This newly created role is perfect for a strategic Growth Agency Partner Manager to drive success in digital marketing and SaaS. You’ll recruit, manage, and expand partnerships with SMB Digital Marketing Agencies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage SMB Digital Marketing Agency partners.
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition.
  • Develop training, enablement materials, and improve partner engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally to support customer success.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in partnerships/business development (SaaS or tech preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on growth and success.
  • Have knowledge of martech solutions and worked in the marketing agency ecosystem
