We are excited to partner with a globally recognised brand at the forefront of innovation in electric vehicles and mobility solutions. As they accelerate their commitment to sustainability and customer-centric innovation, we are searching for an experienced EV Strategy Consultant / Product Development Manager to join their high-performing team.

This is a newly created and pivotal role that puts you in the driver’s seat of the EV revolution. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Brand & Pricing, you will own the full product lifecycle from ideation through to go-to-market execution and continuous optimisation.

Your work will influence how Australians access, finance, and embrace Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), collaborating with both public and private stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge, compliant, and customer-focused EV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead product innovation and development from concept to delivery

· Build strong internal and external partnerships, including suppliers and public sector stakeholders

· Drive market analysis and commercial insights to shape data-backed decisions

· Develop pricing strategies that balance growth and profitability

· Own go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and customer engagement tools

· Champion training and education to boost internal EV knowledge

· Ensure compliance and legal oversight across all product offerings

About You:

· You bring proven strategic and product development experience within EV, automotive, energy or sustainable transport sectors

· You have a background in sales, product, or marketing, with a strong commercial mindset

· You’re data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action

· You are confident leading cross-functional projects and managing high-level stakeholders

· Experience in contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and supplier management

· You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance,Engineering, or related fields
