Our client, a renowned global eCommerce platform recognized for offering 5-star travel, Lux accommodation and hospitality experiences, is seeking a Senior Guest Experience Manager to deliver exceptional service to high-profile clientele, including celebrities, influencers, and other notable figures.

What You’ll Do:

As a part of this prestigious team, you’ll:

  • Cultivate elite partnerships with luxury hosts and influential figures across the APAC region, unlocking access to the most exclusive luxury homes, property & villas.
  • Provide tailored, expert advice on luxury homes and destinations to meet the unique needs of our discerning guests.
  • Collaborate with guests, travel coordinators, luxury homeowners, realtors, and suppliers to ensure seamless reservations and an unforgettable stay experience.
  • Drive business objectives by implementing strategies to boost the success of Luxe hosts.
  • Handle last-minute changes or emergencies with ease to ensure flawless trip execution.
  • Exceed performance goals for sales and service, all while selling exclusive Luxe villas and packages.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A dynamic, customer-focused individual with 10+ years in luxury hospitality.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury destinations and industry insights, particularly within the entertainment sector.
  • Strong network and relationships with luxury providers and property owners in the APAC region.
  • Discretion, maturity, and the ability to maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • A passion for exceeding client expectations and a drive to deliver the best in luxury travel.

What We Offer:

  • Salary is negotiable $170-$180K + super. However, for an exceptional Senior Guest Experience Manager with Lux Market Clientele experience our client is negotiable
  • Initially this is a 12 month fixed term contract view to go permanent.
