Are you passionate about driving the adoption of Agile Ways of Working within technology teams? Are you experienced in coaching and consulting to uplift delivery practices? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client is embarking on the next phase of their Delivery Agility uplift program, aimed at enhancing project delivery within the organization. We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to take over the critical work playing a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Agile Ways of Working within newly established Digital Domain Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technology teams to uplift delivery practices through the targeted application of modern ways of working.
- Understand and navigate the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Provide coaching and support within a hybrid waterfall environment.
- Apply a pragmatic approach to Agile capability uplift, acknowledging and working within the organization’s constraints to create a customized AEMO-specific way of working that accelerates delivery.
Key Details:
- Target Start Date: October 1st
- Duration: 6 months
- Rate: AUD $1000 – $1200 per day
- Location: Melbourne or Sydney (Preference for Melbourne-based candidates)
