We’re looking for an Atlassian Administrator in Canberra to provide expertise in the configuration of all products of the Atlassian suite, including confluence bamboo, bitbucket, and Jira, working to deliver solutions and support. Your mission will be to deliver innovative solutions and provide top-tier support to this customer on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your Atlassian expertise to configure and optimize the Atlassian suite, ensuring it meets the unique needs of the client.
- Collaborate closely with the client to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Administer, maintain, and enhance the performance and reliability of Atlassian products.
- Exhibit outstanding problem-solving skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and the customer, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Required Certifications and Skills:
- Atlassian Certifications: ACP-100, ACP-610
- NV1 security clearance (minimum).
- Proven experience in Atlassian suite administration, particularly in a data centre environment.
- Strong expertise in container technologies.
- Experience across data centre server administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
