The Company
Salt is excited to have partnered with one of Australia’s leading Financial Services organisations, who is currently seeking various Backend Developers with Golang experience to join some of their digital engineering teams based in Melbourne CBD on initial 6 month contracts, which are due to start ASAP.
The Role
As a Backend Developer, you will joining one of our Financial Services client’s innovative digital engineering teams, where you will help with the development of various exciting web applications as they embark on a new digital transformation project, which is using some of the latest platforms and technologies.
Key Skills and Competencies:
The successful Backend (Golang) Developer should have the following skill-set;
Essential Skills
- Expertise working as a Backend Developer
- Experience with Golang (Go)
- Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms – AWS or GCP
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficient with CI / CD
- Commercial experience with Package Managers and Build tools – npm/Yarn, Gradle/Maven
- Experience working in an Agile environment
