Data Reporting Analyst – Drive Omni-Channel Marketing Success

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the collection, analysis, and interpretation of omni-channel media data to evaluate the success of cross-functional and cross-platform digital advertising campaigns. You will also play a crucial role in analysing complex web funnels to identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation, ultimately enhancing the customer journey and driving conversion rates.

You will collaborate closely with teams across Performance Marketing, Web Analytics, Mar-Tech Automation, and DevOps to build robust reporting infrastructure and deliver actionable insights that exceed key business acquisition and retention metrics.

Role Summary:

As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the data-driven marketing strategy and will be responsible for:

Omni-Channel Data Analysis:

  • Collect and analyse media data from diverse platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to evaluate the performance of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Utilise platform tools and advanced statistical methods to assess the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimise campaign strategies, creative development, and landing pages, exceeding business KPIs.

Web Funnel Optimisation & A/B Testing:

  • Analyse web funnels and customer behaviour to identify bottlenecks, drop-offs, and opportunities for user experience improvement.
  • Collaborate with Web and CRO teams to develop A/B test hypotheses.
  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, analysing, and reporting on experiments.
  • Drive improvements in key metrics by implementing data-driven changes based on test results.

Building Reporting Infrastructure:

  • Work with DevOps and Mar-Tech Automation to develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Design and execute incrementality experiments to measure the true impact of marketing efforts.
  • Apply Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models to assess and optimise cross-channel marketing strategies.
  • Utilise advanced Python skills to work with APIs, integrate data from various marketing systems, and create cohesive reports and insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and their campaign structures, with a focus on performance marketing analytics best practices.
  • Experience designing and executing incrementality experiments.
  • Practical knowledge of Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models.
  • Python skills, with the ability to work with APIs and manipulate data.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with A/B testing and web funnel optimisation.
  • Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
