Senior Change Manager – 6 Month Contract

Location: Sydney CBD

Day Rate: $925 + Super

Start Date: 15 September 2025

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead change management initiatives within a fast-paced agile delivery environment. This role will focus on supporting the Consumer Value Stream, working closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to shape and deliver a holistic change strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Contribute to lean business case development and Agile Release Train (ART) cadences, including PI Planning events.
• Conduct change risk and readiness assessments, creating impact assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with business leaders to drive ownership and adoption of change through influence and effective stakeholder management.
• Build and lead change networks to support engagement and sustainability of change.
• Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that support staff retention and adoption.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale change initiatives while balancing incremental squad-level activities.
• Mentor change practitioners and support continuous improvement of change methodologies.

About You:

• 7+ years’ experience in change management, ideally within complex or large-scale organisations.
• Strong background in agile ways of working and delivering change in agile environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in driving change across multiple teams, geographies, or stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to build compelling business cases and measure ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
