Change Manager – CRM (6-Month Contract)

I’m currently recruiting for an exciting Change Manager – CRM role with a leading values-driven organisation that operates across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a Salesforce CRM implementation, helping to ensure a smooth and successful transition for staff and stakeholders.

The role:

As the Change Manager, you’ll design and execute the change management strategy to drive adoption, minimise disruption, and deliver long-term benefits. You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training design, process documentation, and post-implementation support-working closely with project sponsors, business leads, and delivery partners.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading change management for large-scale technology projects (CRM experience highly regarded).
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and training design skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (ideally Nonprofit Cloud) or comparable CRM systems.
• Ability to influence, build trust, and foster adoption across multiple teams.
• Background in not-for-profit, fundraising, or values-driven organisations is advantageous but not essential.
