A leading logistics provider is seeking a hands-on, tactical Change Manager ideally with expertise in UKG Workforce Dimensions to drive effective change across this new system implementation.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

  • 6-Month rolling contract role
  • $1200 A DAY + GST
  • Hybrid working. 4 days in the office (multiple office locations)
  • Must be based in Melbourne.

THE COMPANY

Australia’s leading logistics provider excels in delivering seamless transportation solutions. With an expansive network covering the continent, they specialize in reliable and efficient logistics services tailored to diverse client requirements. Leveraging advanced technology for tracking and optimizing shipments.

THE ROLE:

This role requires a tactical Change Manager with experienced in Time and Attendance, Rostering, and Reporting systems who can ensure change plans are robust, impactful, and resonate across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in the delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end change management initiatives (assess, plan, execute) for IT and system implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute comprehensive change plans, ensuring alignment across Time and Attendance, Rostering, and Reporting initiatives.
  • Utilize proven influencing and engagement techniques to work seamlessly with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Apply organizational change management principles, methods, techniques, and tools to effectively manage the people side of change.
  • Provide expert guidance on business, technology, process, and people change to achieve project goals and minimize disruption.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end change management initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering effective Change Management across major systems implementations
  • Proven expertise in UKG Workforce Dimensions (Ideal).
  • Strong background in Time and Attendance, Rostering, and Reporting for system implementation.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong influencing and engagement skills to foster a positive change environment.
