Change Manager – Salesforce

Change Manager (Midweight) – Hybrid

Location: Hybrid – Sydney CBD (Wednesdays & Fridays WFH)

Contract: 6 months initially

Day Rate: Up to $800pd

We’re looking for a proactive Change Manager to join our team in a hybrid working environment. This is a midweight role offering a mix of change management, project coordination, and Salesforce data management responsibilities.

What you’ll be doing:

• 50% Change Management Analysis: Collecting and analysing data on change readiness and impact to support business transformation initiatives.
• 25% Project Coordination: Supporting projects with a technical aptitude, managing tasks, and handling support queries effectively.
• 25% Salesforce & Data Maintenance: Managing Salesforce account records and maintaining data integrity across internal systems.

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone with experience in Salesforce administration or CRM data management.
• A strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive change.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across teams.
