Commercial Insights Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, analyze, and investigate various aspects of operational reporting to ensure accuracy and provide valuable insights into potential drivers of variances.
• Provide detailed analysis by using data analytical skills to enable the provision of commercial and operational advice on strategic initiatives.
• Communicate commercial data insights to senior management through compelling storytelling.
• Translate complex data into actionable narratives that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Manage commercial impacts of change initiatives, validating numbers and addressing data gaps as necessary.
• Support planning processes and ensure alignment with business objectives and group assumptions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to generate commercial insights from operational data.
• Track record of delivering results and instilling trust through accurate analysis.
• Technically proficient in use of modelling and visualisation tools (e.g. Advanced Excel, PowerBI, etc.) as well as general ledger understanding (eg SAP) .
• Resilience and self-awareness in challenging situations.
• Effective planning and alignment skills.
