Salt is currently working with a dynamic global SaaS company who are committed to providing exceptional value to customers and. Due to significant increase in business they are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager. Please note that for this role you would need fluent Japanese language skills.

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued customers and partners. Your mission will be to understand business objectives, and ensure they are maximizing the value they receive from the platform. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver, a trusted advisor, and an advocate for all customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business goals and identify opportunities for them to achieve success with the platform.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess customer health, provide insights, and identify potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with various internal/external teams (IT administration, Sales, Product, Support) to address customer needs and advocate for product improvements.
  • Track key customer success metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, satisfaction) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer portfolio.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and processes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Fluent Japanese language skills
  • Proven experience in a Customer Success, or similar client-facing role within a SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of cloud storage solutions
  • A genuine passion for helping customers succeed and a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
