About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Digital Sales Analytics Manager to lead the digital sales performance for our Personal Banking Deposits portfolio. In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our digital sales strategy, managing the end-to-end sales funnel, and unlocking growth through data-led optimisation and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the digital sales performance of the Personal Banking Deposits portfolio across all digital channels.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive sales funnel performance, optimisation, and conversion growth.
  • Analyse and uncover insights from digital sales journeys and funnels to identify new, high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support the launch and prioritisation of new digital products and propositions.
  • Contribute to the backlog of digital sales initiatives, aligning with business goals and the overall digital growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience managing small teams (2-3 people) in Digital Sales, eCommerce, or a related function.
  • Strong background in large, complex organisations-experience in financial services is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business units.
  • Hands-on experience driving digital funnel performance through tactics like SEO, A/B testing, personalisation, and digital marketing.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to build and deliver a roadmap aligned with business, customer, and shareholder outcomes.
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Highly analytical and data-savvy, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Advanced user of digital analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Power BI).
  • Customer-focused decision-maker with a track record of using data to inform strategy and deliver measurable results.
