Our Client, a highly sort after, next generation, digital transformation development and delivery centre are looking to recruit an experienced Agile Coach to join their growing business.

Their global digital solutions include including applications, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics and intelligent automation.

With their lean start up, design based thinking approach combined with Lean, Agile and DevOps principles enable them to deliver the highest standards at all levels to their extensive client base.

The ideal candidate will require:

* 6+ year’s experience using Agile practices withing software solution development.

* 3+ year’s experience working as an Agile Coach.

* Experience in training or coaching Developers, Business, SME’s on Scrum / Agile

Activities.

* Experience in consulting on continuous Integration, Automated Testing and Continuous

Delivery at high level.

* Excellent commination both verbally and written.

* Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner – CSM / CSP / ACP-PMI Certified.

* SAFe Certified (diserableP).

Responsibilities will include:

* Leading a successful adoption and transformation to Agile across the organisation or

Program (Multiple Scrum teams).

* Create and discuss recommendations for valuable and consistent Agile practices and Agile training material.

* Conduct workshops, training and coach teams.

* Work with teams to better their engineering practices (Coding Standards, TDD, ATDD,

Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Refactoring, Pair Programming).

* Establish successful Agile practices across teams.

* Coach teams to translate high-level requirements and product backlog to sufficiently

detailed functional and featured requirements.

* Serves as the primary liaison between the SCRUM Team and the Scrum Master.
