ICT Project Manager

NEW opportunity for an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the delivery of new large-scale projects with one of Australia’s leading sustainable energy providers.

• ASAP START, 6-Month Rolling Contract
• $900 – $1,000 / day
• Infrastructure fitout project

Responsible for delivering projects in the IT stream of the organisation, according to business objectives, within budget, and timeframe. Leading the property relocation project, focused on overall move including substantial components across control room, end user connectivity and server movement. Key aspects of infrastructure projects will include migrations such as data center upgrades, data center relocations, deployment management and release/version control.

Offered as largely remote, with the expectation to go on site in Melbourne CBD when required.

Responsibilities of this Position:

• Engage and manage communication channels with internal and external stakeholders in accordance with working towards project delivery.
• Support the achievement of key milestones within the project.
• Host executive level status reports, communications and advice on the project, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management.
• Proven large-scale Infrastructure Project Management experience, in environments with high levels of complexity and risk.
• Experience in Energy industry preferred.
