Interactive XR Strategy Lead

Location: Melbourne Hybrid working options

Our client is a leader in spatial computing; they are focused on building XR training and entertainment platforms within the AR/VR/3D environment. Due to significant interest in the product, they have a requirement for an Interactive Strategy Lead to define how users will relate to the key modules and products. This demanding role would suit a visionary strategist who can translate complex business goals into engaging immersive experiences.

The role:

• Lead the strategic direction for all interactive products, ensuring development efforts deliver maximum value and competitive advantage.
• Work at the intersection of Product, Design, and Technology.

The Responsibilities:

• Define and champion the long-term interactive product strategy and content roadmap, aligning it with company growth targets and market opportunities.
• Convert business requirements into detailed user stories and interaction flows for the VR environment.
• Conduct analysis of the spatial computing competitive landscape to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Partner with our Engineering, Design, and Content teams to ensure execution of the strategy, acting as the primary decision-maker on feature prioritisation.

The person:

• A track record demonstrating successful definition and launch of immersive experience products.
• Significant experience in Product Management with a focus on VR, AR, or 3D interactive experiences.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams without direct managerial authority.
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to articulate complex strategic vision simply and compellingly to technical and non-technical teams.
