The Role

As their Lead Developer, you’ll guide a small but talented team through complex challenges while staying close to the code. You’ll balance architectural decisions with hands-on development, mentor your team, and champion the smart use of AI to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

· Own end-to-end delivery across multiple projects – from scoping to deployment

· Shape technical strategy and contribute to architectural decisions

· Oversee code quality, reviews, and standards

· Mentor and guide the team in adopting AI tools and workflows

· Collaborate across design, product, and marketing to deliver impactful digital solutions

What We’re Looking For

· Proven leadership and mentoring skills

· Strong experience developing and debugging WordPress environments

· Breadth of technical knowledge across multiple systems and languages

· Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently in a fast-moving environment

· Pragmatic, hands-on use of AI tools for building, debugging, and learning
