The Company
Salt is excited to have partnered with one of Australia’s leading Financial Services organisations, who is currently seeking a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manager to join one of their technology teams based in Melbourne CBD on a permanent basis.
The Role
As a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manager, you will be managing a small team of Network Engineers, which operate and maintain the health of our Financial Service client’s Enterprise network. You will also help to monitor the network, resolve complex issue, identify gaps and uplift team capability and skills.
The Individual
The successful Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manager should have the following skill-set;
- Extensive experience in managing Network Operations Centre (NOC) teams
- Prior experience in leading teams that have provided assurance of networks and customer service level objectives
- Experienced in working with large-scale, complex systems
- Solid understanding of Incident Management, Major Incident Management and Problem Management
- Ability to work closely and effectively communicate with various business stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of current network technology and industry trends
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
