We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Transformation Program Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in achieving our organizational objectives.

Leveraging advanced technology for tracking and optimizing shipments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Head of IT, the Senior Transformation Program Manager will be working closely with Project Managers and Transformation Analysts to oversee and optimize a variety of projects with a strong transformation and digital focus. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and implement effective transformation processes to ensure project success. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our payment workflows, Technology Subcontractor Management, and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven and technology-enabled approaches.

  • Lead and manage Technology, payment, and subcontractor engagement projects to achieve transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams to streamline payment workflows, ensuring seamless transactions and financial management.
  • Work with cross-functional technology teams to understand and address project requirements and challenges.
  • Utilize platforms for effective subcontractor management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Leverage data analytics and project management tools to monitor project progress and performance.
  • Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data insights and optimizing operational processes.
  • Implement technology-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Program Management, with a focus on Digital Transformation & Technology projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of payment workflows and financial management processes.
  • Experience in Technology subcontractor management, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement technology-driven solutions.
