Technical Support Engineer

12 Months contract X 4 roles

Offering $ 58 per hour including super

The Company:

A well-established renowned software company who engages in the provision of enterprise cloud computing solutions. The firm delivers digital workflows on a single enterprise cloud platform called the Now Platform. Its product portfolio is focused on providing Information Technology, Employee and Customer workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

· Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues

· Must have solid object-oriented programming skills in Javascript

· Experience working with dynamic HTML components such as CSS and XHTML

· Experience with relational databases such as MySQL/Oracle

· Linux and/or UNIX experience

· Customer Advocate providing support to users/administrators of our platform. Contributing to the growth of best practices for delivery of support services.

· Understand various platforms, cloud technologies and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful resolution of challenging technical situations.

· Any bi-directional, automated integration between two systems

Required Skills:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service

· Ability to work with high-value customer administrators and developers

· A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB

· Experience diagnosing performance degradation Understanding of remote administration via SSH, SNMP, WMI, Powershell

· Working knowledge of Servicenow platform, integration skills

Education Qualifications:

A graduate with a Computer Science degree or equivalent with developer or database administrator role for more than 1 year.
