Technical Account Manager

Remote (Australia-wide) | Travel Required for Business Meetings & Events

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a technical background in platform development, or system administration, to take a step into an Account Management role.

The Account Manager will work towards ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of relationship management, strategic planning, and technical coordination.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess needs, identify opportunities, and enhance service delivery.

✅ Service & Project Coordination

• Oversee managed service reviews, ensuring smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
• Manage upgrade pipelines, identifying opportunities for enhancements and coordinating with technical teams.

✅ Statements of Work & Renewals

• Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for upgrades, renewals, and additional services.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

✅ CRM & Business Insights

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and business opportunities in the CRM.
• Track engagement metrics and revenue forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Key Skills and Experience:

✔ A degree in IT, or a related field (STEM preferred).

✔ Experience in account management or client services within the IT industry.

✔ Strong understanding of Moodle, Drupal, or CRM platforms.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.

✔ A proactive approach to problem-solving and service improvement.
