Technical Support Engineer- ServiceNow platform

What you’ll be doing:

You will provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting technical issues. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Requirements:

Maximum up to 5 years experience.
2+ years of ServiceNow Development/Admin Experience is preferred
2+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred).
Experience troubleshooting web application
Experience in troubleshooting Java Script Code.
Must be proficient with analysing log files and standard debugging concept.
Familiarity with tools & practices of the trade such as incident management, knowledgebase, defect & escalation management.
Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform (Service/Project Management, SLA Management, Service Catalog, Customer Service Management, Workflows & Approvals)

Please Note: Due to the nature of the role, Candidates Must be based in Sydney and must be Permanent Residents or Citizens to be considered for this role.
