Arul hails from Madurai (City of Temples) Tamil Nadu, South India. Arul has 9 years of consulting and corporate generalist human resource experience giving him a strong understanding of business and talent demands to connect both ends for successful business results. Prior moving to Singapore, he worked in Malaysia over 5 years managing permanent and contract roles on development, testing, Infrastructure, ERP, PMO and Leadership roles.

Prerna Agarwal joins us as Consultant at Salt Singapore, specialising in Mid-level appointments, Enterprise Digital and Technology Sales.
Prerna hails from Calcutta, the City of Joy, East India. She has over 5 years of recruitment experience, all of which has been spent in Singapore focussing on roles in APAC across multiple industries and functions.
Post her MBA specializing in Human Resource Management, Prerna worked in an internal recruitment function after which she moved to the external/agency side. She has experience working roles within Digital and Technology, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations.
When she is not working on finding the best match for her clients and candidates, Prerna can be found drawing up travel plans as she loves travelling and photography.

Khairul Jaffar join us as Associate Consultant at Salt Singapore, specialising in full-stack engineering and data science and analytics. Khairul is a Communications graduate with excellent experience in the Digital sector as a copywriter and social media executive, focussing on logistics, lifestyle and entertainment sectors.
Khairul made the switch to recruitment in search of a more fast paced, people centric career, whilst staying connected to the Digital sector.
Outside of work, Khairul is an avid sports follower fan, which includes football, UFC, NBA, Formula 1 and international rugby.
