Salt welcomes Erin Loh as Country Director to the Singapore team. Erin has worked in the recruitment industry for more than 15 years and she’s still in love with the industry.
As with many recruiters, Erin “stumbled” into the industry and started her recruiting career by running a desk with an international recruitment firm. Since then, Erin had the privilege to work in various reputable agencies in roles across consulting, operations, business development, and key account management in local, regional and global capacities.
Erin was drawn to the opportunity to join the business, as Salt is a truly global digital recruitment agency where digital is not just a buzzword. Salt has for many years been a true recruitment specialist and offers expertise and insights into the digital talent market. According to Erin, “Many agencies dabble in digital, but how many can truly claim they are the specialists in this field? At Salt, we live and breathe digital as it’s truly what we do and what we are really good at.”.
With Erin’s experience in building teams and developing client partnerships on a regional and global level, she aims to further entrench Salt’s position as the go-to agency for all digital hires. Singapore is Asia’s digital capital and hub for many of Salt’s key clients, and Erin intends to continue to grow Salt’s presence not only in Singapore but across Asia as well.
Erin’s appointment is just the start to further grow Salt’s Singapore office to better support its clients’ hiring requirements. Long-term plans include increasing our service offerings to cater to clients’ evolving needs as well as building the brand visibility of Salt in Singapore and beyond.
