Design Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep branding knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and experience aligning with senior stakeholders on large-scale brand initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on evolving and growing a corporate brand system across internal and external touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and facilitate high-impact brand equity projects, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
* Coordinate with a variety of internal stakeholders as well as external SME partners.
* Partner closely with the Corporate Brand team and GCA (Global Communications Agency) partners to bring the brand to life across various formats (e.g., investor decks, office environments, digital assets).
* Translate abstract brand strategy into tangible assets, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all brand expressions.
* Participate in and help lead regular partner calls; availability during EST working hours is a must.
* Maintain accurate project portfolio documentation and ensure all required resources are accounted for.
* Support internal PMs, acting as a collaborator and resource in driving work forward.

Qualifications:

* Proven success managing complex branding initiatives at the corporate level.
* Strong understanding of brand systems, guidelines, and execution strategies.
* Demonstrated ability to align senior leadership and manage multiple stakeholder perspectives.
* Experience in internal branding (not packaging), with a focus on brand expression in internal communications and corporate settings.
* Exceptional organizational and planning skills, especially when working across functional departments.
* Comfort navigating ambiguity and finding proactive solutions when project needs shift.
