UX Content Designer

Our client is looking for a Content Editor with expertise UX content strategy, and editorial consistency. You’ll work closely with a content migration team to help edit, and standardize articles using AI-generated drafts informed by the client’s voice, tone, and style guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Use Large Language Model (LLM) tools to generate draft articles based on existing knowledge base content.
* Edit and streamline AI-generated content to align with established brand voice, tone, and editorial standards (e.g., capitalization, formatting, clarity).
* Consolidate and restructure articles for improved scannability, usability, and clarity-transforming stand-alone content into a connected, strategic experience.
* Apply principles of UX writing and content strategy to create articles that are clear, concise, and easy to navigate for users.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to refine templates and content architecture as part of the broader migration effort.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Strong background in copy editing, especially for digital or help content.
* Experience working with LLM-generated content (e.g., prompting, editing, reviewing AI-generated drafts).
* Proven skills in UX writing, with a focus on user-friendly language, hierarchy, and structure.
* Familiarity with knowledge base platforms like Zendesk and HelpJuice.
* Deep understanding of content governance and applying editorial guidelines consistently.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
