Creative Director

Our client is looking for a Creative Director is to lead in the creation of design solutions across our marketing service that include; exhibits, events, retail and brand staffing based on client briefs, or as the design team lead. The developed creative concepts will be used as a sales tool were the Creative Director will work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to present, secure and support new client initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Be involved with projects from beginning-to-end based on ability to understand sales process, lead the creative team, production operation and value of product.
* Attend client project meetings with sales personnel as warranted.
* Work with client and sales to develop and optimize creative briefs & concepts.
* Develops creative ideas that deliver on client objectives, budget and business objectives.
* Develop written, oral and rough graphic outlines in word, PPT, In Design and other means to best direct the creative team.
* Maintain ongoing communications with Project Management team on progress of creative development
* Develop and direct the development of both written and oral proposals and presentations.
* Participate in client sales presentations and leads the experiential presentation section as needed.

Who You Are:

* 10+ years of experience elevating design capabilities, efficiency, and results (inclusive of research, creative & art direction and presentation)
*

XM experience + agency experience is required.
