Our client is looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join their social media team.

The ideal candidate will utilize tools and best practices to help manage the company’s social calendars by developing and posting meaningful social content. Experience in brand and community building with both consumers and influencers is key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Oversee content calendar execution, including shooting and editing statics/video, and crafting engaging captions that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
* Assist with filming content at campaign and social shoots, in addition to helping edit the content post-production using editing tools (e.g. Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
* Support with community management and forwarding inbound customer inquiries and commentary to the appropriate internal channels when necessary.
* Assist the Social Media Manager in executing strategies spanning our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and Linkedin), liaise with Integrated Communications, Marketing, Creative, Ecomm, Paid Media and Category departments to coordinate content planning and to increase engagement, follower base and community.
* Work with brand marketing and internal creative teams to ensure that all digital creative meets brand standards and is consistent across all platforms.
* Assist in analyzing social campaign performance (daily, weekly, monthly) to measure effectiveness and extract actionable insights for future strategies.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of work experience in social media marketing and managing various social channels across a single brand.
* Experience using data platforms and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
* Ambitious and independent self-starter with ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays for posting / engagement (as needed).
* Savvy with understanding and working within brand/legal policies and guidelines for social media.
* Proficient with editing suites (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Capcut), Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Figma and Dash Hudson.
* Portfolio to share past work within social.
