A globally recognized technology services and consulting firm is seeking an experienced Global Account Executive (GAE) to lead strategic growth across one or more high-value enterprise accounts within the Energy, Manufacturing, and Resources sector. With operations in over 65 countries and more than 230,000 professionals worldwide, this organization helps clients tackle complex digital transformation challenges with end-to-end capabilities in consulting, design, engineering, and IT operations.

This is a high-impact, sales-focused role responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision of key global accounts. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor and C-level relationship builder with strong industry expertise and the ability to drive exponential account growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Ownership: Lead all aspects of strategic account management, from relationship building to deal origination and execution.
* Account P&L Management: Take full ownership of the account’s profit and loss, managing portfolios valued at $30M+ USD.
* Growth Strategy: Define and drive exponential revenue growth strategies, identifying and qualifying major transformation opportunities.
* Deal Structuring: Originate, shape, and lead large, high-value deals; leverage deep industry and tech knowledge to anticipate market disruptions and position solutions accordingly.
* C-Level Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, becoming a trusted strategic partner.
* Strategic Planning: Lead change management initiatives, track account goals and targets, and align delivery teams and external partners around a cohesive growth plan.
* Operational Oversight: Guide and support the client team in managing complex service delivery operations and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal solution teams and partners to identify new opportunities and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Required Qualifications

* 15+ years of experience selling and managing large-scale IT portfolios to senior executives (CXO level), specifically within the Energy, Resources, or Utilities industries.
* Proven experience owning a client portfolio of $30M+, with direct P&L responsibility and a consistent record of exceeding growth targets.
* Expertise across a broad range of IT services including Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Applications, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and more.
* Strong preference for candidates with direct experience selling AMS, Infrastructure, and/or Security solutions.
* Deep understanding of global delivery models and working with distributed/offshore teams.
* Strategic thinker with excellent collaboration skills, able to unite multiple service lines to serve a single account vision.
* Demonstrated ability to build and deepen relationships with client IS leadership (CIO, VP, Director) and guide long-term digital transformation initiatives.
