Our client’s Canadian strategic market unit has an exciting opportunity for a bilingual Account Executive (AE) to be based in the Montreal metro area. The AE is a specialized sales professional, who will be the relationship manager for our client’s strategic accounts and have deep comprehension of various client/industry domains. The AE will be a seasoned relationship builder at the Executive Level of the organization and originate opportunities for our client. This role is primarily sales-focused and will be responsible for growth targets and Profit & Loss metrics of the account(s).
Role & Responsibilities:
* Account Management: As the Account Executive, you are accountable for managing senior relationships across business line(s) within the account, with a keen eye on account growth and profitability.
* Client Engagement: Establish and build trust while capturing client context by appreciating the client’s overall business goals, while continuing to build lasting client relationships.
* Strategic Planning: Ownership of the account plan process and budget preparation in synchronization with sales executives and industry leaders.
* Growth Initiatives: Achieving contract renewals and driving new business development efforts towards further growth.
* Delivery Management: Monitor execution of delivery in the client account and ensure defined quality and process standards.
* Innovation: Host and participate in events with alliance partners and industry forums and present our client’s proof of concepts and value proposition.
Qualifications:
* Ideally, at least 10+ years of pitching, presenting, and selling broad IT Portfolio Services to C-level commercial clients (such as BFS, MFG, Transportation, E&U, etc).
* Progressive experience as a Profit & Loss owner with direct responsibility for originating new sales growth within the account.
* Broad range of experience selling various IT Services portfolios across client service lines, such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Digital, and others.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets on revenue, bookings, and operating margins.
* Robust knowledge of matrixed global SI/IT environments and global delivery model/methodologies to collaborate with offshore teams.
* Excellent communication skills with a keen ability to partner with other internal teams in various service lines and anchor jointly for the account.
* Must be bilingual (French & English), written and verbal communications – No exceptions.
