We’re hiring on behalf of a trailblazing company in the creator economy that’s transforming how digital products empower creators. They are seeking a Sales Strategist to lead the development and execution of sales enablement programs that will drive the performance and effectiveness of their sales team.
This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on equipping the team with the tools, training, and confidence to communicate value, close deals, and champion a suite of creator-first products. If you’re passionate about sales excellence, love building scalable training frameworks, and know how to create compelling narratives that resonate with audiences-this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
* Design and implement tailored sales training programs focused on effectively pitching the company’s Creator Product suite.
* Develop clear, persuasive messaging and pitch materials that resonate with creators and clearly communicate the product’s value.
* Lead engaging, interactive training sessions-incorporating pitch simulations, role-play, and skills assessments.
* Continuously refine sales strategies and training content based on performance data and team feedback.
* Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to maintain a strong understanding of product updates and positioning.
* Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the sales team, driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
* Act as a trusted sales strategy partner to leadership, supporting broader go-to-market initiatives.
What You Bring
* 5+ years in a sales enablement, sales strategy, or training leadership role-ideally within B2B, SaaS, digital media, or tech-driven environments.
* A strong track record of improving sales team performance through enablement and strategy.
* Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities-able to translate complex offerings into engaging, value-driven narratives.
* Experience building training materials, workshops, and development frameworks from scratch.
* Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus (but not the core requirement).
* Comfortable working remotely across time zones with a high level of autonomy and collaboration.
* Based in Canada, with preference for candidates in Toronto or Vancouver due to team collaboration zones.
