Product Manager – AI

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development of an AI-powered platform for creators. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for AI and digital content who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Product Manager will define and prioritize features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the product aligns with both business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute the product roadmap, translating strategy into actionable features and improvements.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch high-impact product features.
* Conduct market research to identify user needs and industry trends, ensuring the product remains competitive.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
* Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and optimize performance.
* Work closely with stakeholders to align product goals with overall company strategy and objectives.
* Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, or digital content platforms.
* MUST HAVE – AI experience.
* Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with development teams and business leaders.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
* Experience working in an agile development environment and leading product lifecycle management.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with AI technologies and platforms.
* Background in software development, web technologies, or digital transformation projects.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean product development.
