Scrum Master/Project Manager (Agile, Jira)

Our client, a software development company targeting the construction industry, is looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join their team! You are the perfect candidate if you are a doer, a problem solver, proactive and a critical thinker.

This role will combine the duties of a scrum master and project manager to ensure that the different streams in the business follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes and eliminating team impediments. You will be working with developers and product professionals.

Essential Requirements:

* Minimum 7+ years in a project management and scrum master position managing multiple streams of work from numerous teams.
* Be qualitatively and quantitatively driven.
* Functional project management knowledge (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid)
* Extensive experience working with Jira.
* Working knowledge of numerous tech stacks – someone who will understand products and functionalities.
* Has to be a critical thinker and be proactive.

Other details:

* They are open to hiring perm, contract or contract-to-hire.
* Hybrid – office located in downtown Montreal.
