Senior Consultant – HR (Auckland)
Salt has been part of New Zealand’s recruitment landscape since May 2003 and is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who loves working with clients and HR professionals. This fabulous opportunity will see you own and continue to build Salt’s HR portfolio, creating futures across the entire HR vertical.
You will become part of Salt’s global HR offering, collaborating with your HR colleagues in London, Asia, and Australia, sharing global HR insights, and access to our global PSA’s, and key accounts.

- 360° Recruitment Consultant. You will understand the drill for what is required to be a successful, high-performing Consultant.

- Proven success in creating strong relationships
- Ability to identify and actively develop clients
- A desire to be a subject matter expert
