Senior Recruitment Consultant – Marketing (Sydney)
The role-
We are looking for a Senior Consultant, to come in and work on an existing patch of clients, as well as further grow and develop the client base. You will be working on the Marketing desk, looking after Performance Marketing, SEO/SEM/PPC, Social & Content roles.
You will be working with Troy Buffenbarger, in the Marketing team, who has been with us for a little over two years now joined us from our London office. The team enjoys a bit of banter on desk, so bring your A game!

Responsibilities-
- Be an expert at identifying Marketing talent for your clients
- Build a talent pool of candidates in the Marketing landscape
- Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients
What you have-
- Previous recruitment experience, specialising in marketing (or open to other fields)- 3 + years experience
- Australian PR/citizen – otherwise you need 5 years of recruitment experience and a relevant degree
- A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
- Ability to be dynamic – adapt to new market challenges
- A drive to be an expert in your field
- A sense of achievement – that is completing all tasks given to you
- A team player- work cohesively within a team environment
